I have head a lot of complaints about the noise level at various resorts, especially the values. I was just wondering, do the room air conditioners not drown this out or at least the majority of it?

Value resorts have central air-conditioning so the A/C is quiet.

I've found the window air conditioning units at the Port Orleans French Quarter (which was built prior to the value resorts) are pretty good with drowning out noise.
