    HAY, BERNIE!!!! The family and I are going to stay at CBR. I have a 12 @ 2 year old.How are the pools?Which rooms are the best?We are staying 9 days the oldest is bringing a friend that has never been!The 2 year old has not been either!!!!!

    The Caribbean Beach Resort's pirate-themed main pool is fantastic.  Of all of the Disney Moderate Resorts, I'd have to say that it has the absolute best pool.  There are also smaller "quiet" pools all over the resort.  If your children like to swim, they're going to love this resort.

    It's hard to say which rooms are the best.  Your children may love the pirate-themed rooms at the resort.   However, those rooms are located in Trinidad South, which is relatively far away from Old Port Royale Centertown, the main services building which has shops and dining, and the main pool.  In fact,  my only negative about this resort is its size.  Caribbean Beach Resort is a very large resort; I suggest looking at a map and then making a room request based on what's important to your family. You can find a map on the independent site AllEars.Net.

    Personally, I like having a preferred room at the resort and I think it is worth every penny to be closer to Old Port Royale and the main pool.  My favorite Buildings are all of the buildings in Trinidad North, Building 26 and 25 in Martinique, Building 51 in Aruba, and Building 45 in Jamaica!

    By the way, there are small playgrounds on the village beaches of Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad South.  Your 2 year old may really appreciate those!  Also there are bicycles and watercraft available for rent at the marina; they might be a lot of fun for the older children!
