We having been watching videos of rides at Disney- on the Kalahari river Rapids, what do you do with your personal items while in the ride? Do they go under your seat?

    Hello Beth!

Oh my goodness, how fun!  My family also loves to watch the ride-through videos online or watch the Disney Vacation Planning DVD to add to the excitement of an upcoming vacation (or to cure a bit of the Disney blues.)  I hope you are having a wonderful time watching all the excitement you will soon be experiencing first hand.

More than likely you will get drenched on Kali River Rapids.  I have taken explorations where I walked off without a drop, but more times than not, I am soaking wet.  In the middle of the raft, there is an area where you are able to store your belongings to keep them dry.  The center has a thick plastic cover which holds the items in and keeps them safely away from the roaring rapids.  Anything not in that bin is fair game for wet and wild time!

I hope you have a wonderful vacation and please let us know if there is anything else we may assist you with!

    Have a splashtastic adventure,

    Lauren
