Hi there, Brandon. Welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us. I understand you purchased 2-Day, 1-Park
tickets for you and your girlfriend, which were first used during a visit in February. Unfortunately, a standard multi-day ticket expires 13 days after its first use. It looks like the reason you’re having trouble locating your tickets on your My Disneyland profile is because they are expired, since more than 13 days have passed from when they were first used. I regret to inform you the tickets are not eligible to be applied toward the purchase of new tickets.
If you’re interested in visiting the
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park soon, you can take advantage of an upcoming special ticket offer. The
Disneyland Anniversary Ticket Offer allows Guests to visit for as low as $100 per day with a 4-Day, 1-Park per day ticket, or as low as $120 per day with a 3-Day, 1-Park per day ticket between May 16 and August 14, 2025. Since these are special promotional tickets, they don’t expire 13 days after first use like the way standard tickets do; instead, you can choose which days you’d like to visit between May 16 and August 14, 2025 (subject to
theme park reservation availability).
If you have more questions for us, Brandon, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
