It's also great to hear that you've purchased your theme park tickets and that you're making your theme park reservations, though I'm sorry to hear you were having a bit of an issue with completing your park reservations. I'm hopeful that by now you were able to successfully
make your theme park reservations to enjoy all the fun of
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
As Guests ourselves, we can experience the same or similar issues as other Guests, and sometimes we can share tips based on those experiences. Without knowing a bit more of the details about the message you were seeing, it's tough to know exactly what the issue might have been with the message. Perhaps it was simply a temporary issue with the system getting an update and being unavailable at that moment. Perhaps the issue was related to the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and reservations simply not being available for the dates you're planning to visit. Perhaps it was related to the type of tickets purchased and
dates for when those tickets could be used.
Hopefully, you're all set and good to go with your theme park reservations, but if you're still seeing an issue, my recommendation is to
call the Disneyland Resort Website Support team at (714) 520-6222. A friendly Cast Member can assist you with taking a look at the message you're seeing while making your theme park reservations.
