    Hello. I am having trouble with purchasing tickets. I was able to add the tickets to my cart, but when I went to pay, it said "tickets not available for that date." We are traveling from out of state on our first trip since the pandemic.

    I know you must be so happy to be planning to travel again! I also live in Colorado and our family loves traveling to California. I'm so sorry you are having problems purchasing theme park tickets. I was just checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for your arrival date. At this time, unfortunately, there aren't any theme park reservations available for your arrival date or for most dates that follow. The calendar does update in real-time and there could be reservations available if other guests cancel their plans, so I would recommend checking for availability frequently before your arrival. I'm so sorry. I know this is not the news you were hoping for.

    If, by chance you are not able to purchase theme park tickets and get theme park reservations for your desired dates, you could still plan for some Disney-related experiences. The Downtown Disney District offers many options for dining and shopping. You could also check for advanced dining reservations at the Disneyland Resort Hotels that offer character experiences. Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel and Storytellers Cafe at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa both offer great character dining experiences.
