I am having trouble making a Theme Park reservation. I purchased my tickets, but I can't seem to assign them to my account. I am worried that I might have multiple accounts (since we only come every several years, I might have created more than one.)

    Hello there Sabrena!

Thank you so much for submitting your question and welcome to planDisney! I see that your magical vacation is coming soon, you must be so excited! I know I would be, especially since you picked a particularly magical time to come to visit with The World's Most Magical Celebration and the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts in full swing.

Sabrena, I completely understand your struggle. I am the worst at remembering login credentials and I am so grateful my phone can memorize them for me, otherwise, I would be completely lost! Now, there are a few things we can do to try and fix your issue. First, I would recommend either trying to log into your account with different email accounts, or getting in contact with a Cast Member so they can help you find your main account. Once you have established which account you will be using, I would then recommend downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app on your smartphone and saving your login credentials into it so you do not have to type it every time. This way, you will not have to remember which email or password you use as it will automatically be filled in when you try to log into your account.

Second, once you are logged into your account, you will be able to click on the three lines at the bottom right of your screen and click on "Tickets and Passes." You should then be able to click on a "plus" icon at the top right of your screen and then on "Link Tickets & Passes." The app will then prompt you to enter the ID number that was sent to you by email when you purchased your tickets. You will then be able to click on "Submit" and your tickets should appear on your My Disney Experience profile. If you are still having issues with this step, you also reach out to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone and they will be able to help you link your tickets to your account.

I hope this was helpful, Sabrena, and that you can get back to planning your vacation as soon as possible. The My Disney Experience mobile app can be confusing at times, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions. We're always happy to help and you're as welcome as can be!

    Have a magical day,
