I apologize for the difficulty you are experiencing when attempting to secure your
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations, Katie and it reminds me of when I was so excited and eager to make my Theme Park Reservations that I bypassed linking my tickets to my account thereby receiving an invalid message as well. Since you're receiving a similar message this may be the issue here, so let's first link your tickets to your Disney account via the My Disneyland planning area, or by using the Disneyland Mobile App and then you'll be able to make your Theme Park Reservations. As well, please ensure you are using one of
Disneyland Resort's recommended browsers if working on your desktop computer and/or have completed all Updates on your mobile device if using the Disneyland Mobile App.
To link your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets to your
Disney account and secure Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations:
1. Sign in to your Disney account and then select
My Disneyland on the top right - this is your planning area for your specific vacation.
2. Select
Tickets and Reservation Details to enter the ticket ID numbers manually and then you'll be prompted to select your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations for each day of your valid admission.
To link your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets to your Disney account via the
Disneyland Mobile App:
1. Register/Sign In to the app and from the
Home Page tap the three stacked lines to head to your
Welcome page.
2. Select
Tickets and Passes and either scan the barcode or enter the ticket ID number for each ticket one at a time. You will be able to show your digital barcode at the Main Entrance of your reserved theme park upon arrival.
3. Go back to your
Home Page and tap on the "+" in the center at the bottom. A series of planning tabs will emerge, please select
Make a Park Reservation for each day of your valid theme park admission.

Tips:Upon entry into a reserved Disneyland Resort theme park, you can activate the
Disney Genie+ service to save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance using your Disneyland Mobile App - just make sure that you update your Payment Method via My Profile in advance of your arrival to save time during your visit.
