    I am having trouble making Park reservations with my confirmation number

    Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your question about Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. I am so sorry you are having trouble making your theme park reservations. Hopefully, I can help you out!

    Alexandra, the first step in making theme park reservations is using your confirmation number to link your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Please click here to link your theme park ticket now.

    If the confirmation number you are referring to is a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation confirmation number, this will not be enough to make theme park reservations. You need a valid theme park admission ticket linked to your account to make theme park reservations.

    Once your theme park ticket is linked to your account, you can access the Disney Park Pass system. Please choose your travel party, pick your dates, select a theme park, and confirm your selections. It's that simple, Alexandra!

    I see your vacation is just around the corner, Alexandra. It is quite possible that theme park reservations are exhausted for the theme park you are choosing. Theme park reservations are subject to availability and very popular. For example, it looks like Magic Kingdom Park has no available reservations for the month of May. However, not all hope is lost! The Park Hopper Option is available and allows you to park hop after 2:00 p.m. You may be able to start your day at one theme park and then hop to another one later in the day. You only need a theme park reservation for the first theme park. Please click here to learn more about the Park Hopper Option!

    Additionally, you can continue to check the theme park reservation availability calendar daily. As you approach your travel dates, other Guests may cancel vacations -- opening up theme park reservations!
