The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
I was actually helping another Guest with a Grand Californian question last week and ran into the same problem you were having –– the hotel information was nowhere to be found on the Disney Vacation Club website. I was able to speak with a
Member Services Cast Member who let me know that it was a website glitch and it was in the process of being fixed. I'm happy to report that I just took a look for you and I can confirm that all the hotel information is back where it belongs, including
Points Charts and the ability to book Resort reservations online. You shouldn't have a problem now, but I recommend giving Member Services a call at (800) 800-9800 if you're still having trouble accessing the information you need.
