Hi Adeline!
The dream that we wished came true...because
Disneyland Resort is reopening! So happy to be your Fairy Godmother as you make your theme park plans to
Disneyland Park,
Disney California Adventure Park, or both!
Sorry that you ran into some complications in linking your
theme park tickets to your Disneyland account. Let’s see if we can “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo” this problem away. I’ll run through what I would first tell someone on the off chance you haven’t tried this already. First, you will need to log onto your
Disneyland account. On the main menu, hover over the “My Disneyland” tab and scroll down to select “Link Tickets.” The new screen will prompt you to type in your Ticket or Pass number. After following these steps, the tickets should be linked to your account.
Based on your question, I am guessing that you may have already done all this, and it’s still giving you problems. So you should call the
Disneyland Ticket help desk at (714) 781-4636, and they can get to the bottom of it for you. Since you mentioned the tickets were gifted to you, perhaps they are still associated with the giver’s account, so you may need to just go straight to contacting the help desk on this one. I’ll bet they can wave their magic wands over this and get it fixed for you before midnight strikes. Once the glass slipper fits and your tickets are linked, you can indeed make those
Theme Park Reservations.
Adeline, "waltz" back to planDisney if we can make your planning wishes come true. Sending you all the pixie dust I can muster that you will be able to finalize your dream vacation and make it to the "Grand Ball" of them all, your Disneyland Resort trip!
Keep Dreaming!
