Hi Esmeralda!
So glad that you stopped by planDisney with your question. That’s what we are here for! I am overjoyed about the reopening of
Disneyland Resort, aren’t you? I can practically hEAR Walt Disney’s famous words echoing when the Disneyland Resort theme parks reopen on April 30th, 2021: “To all who come to this happy place: Welcome. Disneyland is your land.”
I am so sorry that you are having some challenges linking your theme park tickets to your Disney account. The sooner we can get your ticketing issue solved, the sooner we can imagine you walking down
Main Street, U.S.A. as you
return to the Land of magic of Disneyland Resort...oh happy day!
Let me see if I can walk you through the steps. First, you will need to
create a Disneyland account if you don’t have one already. Once logged in, you will go to the
main menu and hover over the “My Disneyland” tab. Scroll down and select the “Link Tickets” option at the very bottom of the choices. The new screen will prompt you to type in your Ticket or Pass number. And voila! It should link the tickets to your account. If you still have trouble after trying this process, then I suggest that you contact a Cast Member at the
Disneyland Ticket help desk at (714) 781-4636, and they can help you further.
Once you get this issue resolved, don’t forget to make
theme park reservations for the days you want to visit
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. These can currently be made through the end of June, and I anticipate more dates into the summer will be opening up very soon!
Esmeralda, wishing you good luck in linking your tickets and joyful adventures in Disneyland whenever you plan on visiting!
Sherry
