Hi Dennis,
I'm excited for you that you're planning your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I can imagine that you're just as excited for all the magic that's awaiting you.
It sounds like maybe you're running into an issue with your
Family & Friends features. If you need assistance with your
"My Family & Friends List," I am going to suggest that you reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk. You can give a call to the Cast Members on the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. You can also
connect with them through the online chat service.
Dennis, let me also offer a few tips that might be helpful.
First, I suggest taking a look at your
"My Plans" area of your My Disney Experience account. There are two places to take a look at and check to see that your plans are displaying as you expect.
You'll want to take a look at your "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab. Are you seeing everyone in your travel party displayed along with the theme park ticket that is assigned to them? If so, that's a good thing to see.
If you are seeing everyone in your travel party with their assigned tickets, can you go to the
Disney Park Pass system and click on the "Make a Park Reservation" button? When you click on the button, it should take you to the "Create Your Party" page. Do you see everyone in your party that you expect? If so, that's a good thing to see.
The next set of steps is to make theme park reservations. You'll want to select each Guest in your party for whom you're making a theme park reservation, and then select a date and a theme park.
Hopefully everything will work and you'll see a message like "These Guests Are Good to Go."
Dennis, I'm hopeful for you that you can get all your plans and reservations set up and be good to go so that you can enjoy all the magic for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Jerry
