    I am having trouble linking my reservation to my account. Can you please help me?

    Hi there, Michelle! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by! I’d be happy to help you link your Walt Disney World Vacation Package reservation to your My Disney Experience Account! First, navigate to the “My Plans” section of your account, and then hover over the “Resort Hotel” icon, and click on the button titled “Link a Reservation” that should appear right below. From there, you will be asked to enter your Disney-provided Confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. 

    After you’ve followed these steps, hopefully, your plans will be visible on your My Disney Experience main page. They will also be accessible to everyone within your Family & Friends list to review as well! Plus, if you all download the latest version of the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you will be able to have your plans right at your fingertips throughout your vacation!
