planDisney. I’m so sorry to hear you’re having a difficult time linking your theme park tickets to the
Disneyland mobile app!
I’m not sure exactly what type of theme park tickets you have, or if you are a
Legacy Passholder, but the process of linking them to your account is the same. Open the
Disneyland mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. Select "Tickets and Passes" near the upper corner of this screen to display any tickets or passes that were already linked. If there are none, tap the plus symbol and then select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the number manually or scan the bar code for each ticket with your phone’s camera. Once the tickets are added in your app, you should be able to see the person each ticket or pass is assigned to and its expiration date. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets, I recommend calling the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further.
Keep in mind that you may not be able to locate your linked tickets under the “My Disneyland” tab when logged into your account on
Disneyland.com, although there is an option to link tickets via the website. However, if you linked them either online or in the app and you do see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the Disneyland app, then they were indeed successfully linked!
