Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort.
I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues linking your park tickets to the
Disneyland Mobile App. Sometimes, Stitch likes to wreak havoc and cause a glitch. Let me try and walk you through the process of linking your tickets and hopefully it’ll work.
To link your
tickets, log into your MyDisney account on the Disneyland mobile app. On the bottom right corner, tap on the icon with three horizontal lines (☰), then tap "My Tickets & Passes", followed by tapping “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can link your tickets by using the camera function to scan the barcode or QR code, tapping a MagicBand+, or manually typing in each ticket’s ID Number. Once linked, you’ll be able to view all the tickets on your Disneyland Mobile App.
If you continue to have issues, I recommend using the “Chat with Us” function on the App to speak with a Cast Member directly. After tapping the three horizontal lines (☰), continue scrolling all the way down until you see “Chat with Us”. Once you’ve tapped on it, you’ll be able to enter your message and submit your inquiry. A friendly Cast Member will be able to provide you some assistance in linking your tickets to your Disneyland Mobile App.
