    I am having trouble linking my email confirmation in order to receive tickets and make park reservations for my family. I only have an email confirmation at this point. I am unable to link the barcode to my acct.

    Elizabeth Michaela, I apologize for the inconvenience of linking your Walt Disney World Resort reservation to your Disney account and greatly appreciate your patience. I experience the most success working with the Walt Disney World Resort websites when I work in incognito mode, and also when I switch the country filter from Canada to the United States. As well, this issue may be related to your web browser which should be one of the Walt Disney World Resort recommended browsers for optimal performance, especially if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions.

    If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact Walt Disney World Resort “Website Support” for assistance.

    Elizabeth Michaela, as you are aware, once your theme park admission is linked to your Disney account, you can then begin your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations.
