    Hi Maureen!
    Welcome to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist fellow guests from the UK, and I'm very happy to help you organise your tickets so you can start planning for your holiday.

As you are not arriving until September, don't worry, as you have plenty of time to make your dining reservations as these are not open until 60 days in advance.  If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel you can make bookings for the first 10 days of your stay, and then each day thereafter.  Dining reservations can be made online starting at 11.00 am (UK time), or by calling the Dining Reservations freephone number listed on this UK Telephone Directory.  The phone lines open at noon (UK time).

The way we secure our place on favourite rides and attractions has changed, and these cannot be booked until the same day we enter the park by using Genie+ on your My Disney Experience mobile app.

Your tour operator may not have given you actual tickets yet, but you should have been given a booking reference which you can use to link your tickets online.  If you have booked a package (including a hotel reservation and park tickets), go to your My Disney Experience on the website at, then click on 'Plans and Tickets".  By entering your Booking Reference under 'Resort Hotel' 'Link a Reservation', both your hotel and ticket details should appear under your plans.  Then you'll be set to go.

If you booked tickets with no hotel reservation, you should have received a separate ticket invoice 'Disney Ticket Will Call Confirmation', and you will find your ticket ID reservation number at the top of the page under the bar code.

If you haven't booked directly with the Walt Disney Travel Company International and your tour operator hasn't given you a Disney Reservation Number, you'll need to contact your tour operator directly for this, as you can't access it from anywhere else.

First, though, I would try linking your holiday booking reference and see if it links your park tickets as well.  Using My Disney Experience on the website go to 'Plans and Tickets', scroll down past 'Your Upcoming Reservation', and 'Your Planning Party' to 'My Plans, Reservations and Tickets'.  Under that heading you'll see 'Daily Itinerary' and 'Tickets, Passes and Memory Maker' click on that to see if your tickets are showing up.

If you are still having difficulty linking your tickets, don't worry - you don't need them to be linked until you arrive on your holiday.  Once you arrive at Walt Disney World please visit any Guest Relations window at any theme park or Disney Springs Ticket Center who will be happy to assist you.

If you need further clarification about any of the above, please send me a direct question and I will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.
