I am having trouble getting to the site of my reservation

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Mary!

You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney.  September might seem far away now, but before you know it, you'll be strolling down Main Street, U.S.A., surrounded by all the excitement of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration –– it's going to be amazing!  During your stay, be sure to check out the all-new Beacons of Magic at each Walt Disney World theme park.  I didn't think it was possible to make the park icons even more magical, but boy was I wrong –– they're incredible!  Believe me, you won't want to miss them!

Aren't tech troubles the worst?  I know how frustrating it can be when the info you need is nowhere to be found, but don't worry –– I'm happy to help you locate your reservation on the Walt Disney World website so you can get back to planning all the details of your upcoming adventure.  Here's what you'll need to do:

    1. Sign in to your Disney Account on the Walt Disney World website.
    2. Hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu.
    3. As you scroll down the page, you'll see a section with the heading "Your upcoming reservations on (date)", which is where you should find your upcoming reservation information.
    4.  If you don't see your reservation listed here, don't worry –– you can link your reservation by scrolling over the "Resort Hotel" icon under "Mary's Plans and Tickets" and clicking on "Link a Reservation".
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts (including entering your confirmation number and last name) to finish linking your reservation.

After your reservation has been linked, you can return to the "My Plans" page where you should now find your reservation listed.  If you're still having trouble locating it, I recommend giving Guest Services a call at (407) 939-5277 or you can use the chat feature on the website where a Cast Member will be happy to assist your further.

Before you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you'll also want to be sure and download the My Disney Experience app to your mobile device.  From there, you'll be able to access Direct-to-Room services, shop with mobile checkout, plan your day with Disney Genie, and so much more.  My favorite feature on the app is the ability to join the walk-up list for nearby restaurants right from my phone.  It's a great way to rest your feet after a long day in the park with a last-minute dinner reservation.  Be sure to check it out during your visit!

Thanks for visiting planDisney, Mary.  I hope your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is filled with pixie dust from beginning to end!
