I am having trouble finding out how to add notes for a need for a disability pass for members of my reservation.

    Hey howdy hey Karen,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

I’m so excited about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort! Did you know your visit will coincide with the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival? Since there is still some time before your vacation, take a peek at Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival 2024 for all the delicious food and beverage options available at the parks! It’s a great way to countdown the days until your visit.

The Disneyland Resort offers accommodations for guests with disabilities. This service is called Disability Access Services (more commonly referred to as DAS). Guests can register for DAS before their visit by speaking with a Cast Member via Live Chat who can explain the DAS benefits and determine if they are eligible for services. Guests can also register for DAS in the theme parks at the following locations - City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, or Guest Information.

Karen, I recommend that the members of your party who may qualify for DAS get connected to this service individually. Guests can utilize the Live Chat up to 30 days before their visit, so they can set up a chat as soon as today! So let your party know to “don’t just fly, soar” to the Live Chat and register for DAS. “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun!”

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
