    Having trouble with the my Disney experience. I brought my holiday package and linked it up. It says I have tickets linked but when i go on fast pass (I’m not into my 60 days yet) it says I haven’t got any tickets linked. My magic band have disappeared too

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    My Disney Experience can really enhance our holiday by keeping all our plans in one place, and enabling us to make dining and Fastpass+ reservations, view our PhotoPass pictures and videos, order our MagicBands and connect Family & Friends to our account in order for us to link our reservations.  I spoke with the 'My Disney Experience Assistance Team' this morning and they confirmed that until you are at your 60-day mark, if you try to access the FastPass+ page you will receive an error message.  As soon as you are within your 60 days (or 30 days if you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel) you can access all the details and make your FastPass+ selections.  You can start selecting at 7.00am ET (which is 12.00 midday in the UK), and I would recommend that you are ready to make your choices on the dot of midday. To solve the disappearance of your MagicBand details, please call this freephone UK number: 0800 028 0778, to speak with the My Disney Experience team, as they will need to speak with you personally and require your booking reservation number.  You could also call the Technical and Website Support Team on the freephone UK number listed in this Walt Disney World phone directory.
