    I am having trouble completing my transaction online of purchasing tickets for Disneyland. I have used multiple different credit cards and none of them are working. I have checked my address, card number and security number and they all match. Help!

    Alicia, I am sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with the Disneyland Resort websites, and as a fellow Canadian Disney fan, I too, have encountered similar experiences. I find it very helpful to work in one of the Disneyland Resort recommended browsers and to also adjust the country filter from Canada to the United States. You may also wish to consider using the Disneyland Mobile App to make your theme park ticket purchase and you will also find the app to be a very handy tool for managing your plans before and during your visit. If you still experience difficulties, please contact a helpful and friendly Cast Member at Disneyland Resort - Tickets for assistance.

    Once your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket purchase is complete, please link your theme park tickets to your Disney account via the My Disneyland planning area and then proceed to make your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations as this is the process in place at this time for visiting the theme parks.

    During your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket purchase, you might wish to consider adding the theme park ticket option called the Disney Genie+ service which will save you time waiting in lines for attractions offering Lightning Lane entrances. Or, you can easily add the Disney Genie+ service as soon as you enter a theme park using the Disneyland Mobile App. Just be sure to update your Payment Method in advance of your visit via My Profile in the app to enable app transactions - you can add up to six payment methods including the Disney Gift Card. To update your Payment Method please open the Disneyland Mobile App and from the Home Screen tap on the three stacked lines on the bottom right to open your Welcome page from which you will see My Profile. Select My Profile and then select Payment Method to add your information.

    Tips:
    Update your profile on your Disney account to see if any current Disneyland Resort special offers interest you, such as a stay at a Disneyland Resort Hotel to add great convenience and many perks to your visit. And, if you update the Payment Method in the Disneyland Mobile App you will then enable app transactions for such vacation essentials as enjoying the Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering for example. 

    When you purchase the Disney Genie+ service you will also enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass Service attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day, isn't that great?!
