I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with making your theme park reservations to visit
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
One question that comes to mind has to do with when you purchased your theme park tickets. If you purchased new theme park tickets after mid-May, you would have been prompted to
make your theme park reservations at the same time that you purchased your theme park tickets.
After you purchased your theme park tickets and made your theme park reservations, you can view your reservations on your
"My Theme Park Reservations" page.
You mention that you haven't yet received your ticket confirmation. If you purchased your theme park tickets online, you should
receive your Disney eTickets if you selected that option for delivery. The
Disney eTickets might not be delivered right away, and it could take up to 24 hours for delivery. Hopefully, you have since received your ticket confirmation information.
