    Having trouble adding tickets to a cart on website keeps saying An error has occurred

    Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sharing your question with us. I'm very sorry you're having trouble buying your tickets online. Let's see if any of my ideas will work for you!

    My first instinct is to suggest updating your browser or switching to a new one. You could be using something that's not perfectly compatible with the Disneyland Resort's website, which could be the issue. I would also suggest clearing your cache. 

    You can also try using the Disneyland Mobile App. You can purchase tickets through the app, and you may be able to complete the purchase through your smartphone. After downloading it and logging in, tap the plus sign in the bottom center of your screen and select "Buy Tickets and Passes." 

    If these options still don't solve your problem, you can also call the Disneyland Resort to make your purchase over the phone. The best number for this is (714) 781-4636, and the Cast Members will be happy to assist you!
