I understand, Hannah. You’ve chosen two very popular restaurants where reservations are in high demand. Don’t give up, though; there is still hope.
As your trip draws closer, you may find that other Guests will cancel an existing reservation, thereby freeing up a dining time. If you can, I would recommend checking the
online Dining Reservations tool for availability daily. When you run your search, you may have more look by looking for a meal time (breakfast, for example) rather than specifying a particular hour of the day. Also, you don’t mention how many people are traveling, but often times, a willingness to split the party into smaller groups will yield some available reservation times.
I know it can be disheartening when you can’t reserve a meal you have your heart set on. If it’s any encouragement, I can tell you that I’ve lucked into last minute reservations for my family (including even at
Cinderella’s Royal Table for a birthday breakfast) as a result of another Guest cancelling. It happens more often than you might think!
I’m wishing you an extra pixie-dusted wish come true, Hannah, as you continue trying for that reservation.
