Glad to hear that you were able to download four out of your seven
Disney MagicMobile Passes. In the words of Princess Tiana, you’re almost there!
Donna, do any of the members of your party have their own My Disney Experience accounts? If so, My Disney Experience suggests that they create their own Disney MagiMobile Pass within their app. If they don’t have an account, you can also send the pass via Messages by choosing “Select Passes to Share”.
If the above options don’t work, Hakuna Matata, why don’t you try adding the passes to your Apple Wallet one at a time? Sometimes doing them one at a time can help. I even do this with my
Disney Park Pass reservations sometimes so I can make sure everything lines up properly. If you’re still not successful in downloading the remaining passes, I suggest connecting with the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. Maybe they will be able to help you troubleshoot so you can get those passes downloaded into your wallet.
Remember that you can treat Disney MagicMobile like a MagicBand! One of the many perks I love about the Service is using my phone to enter the Theme Parks, it’s so convenient for me because I always have my phone in my hand or pocket. Hopefully, you and your party find it just as convenient!
