    I am having problems adding Genie+ to my app. for my already purchased park passes for December? What can I do? This is for Walt Disney World.

     
    Hello, Sue! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by to see us! I see you’ll be celebrating the holidays at Walt Disney World -- how exciting! You’ll certainly be among the first to experience Disney Genie and Disney Genie+, which are now available for any Walt Disney World Theme Park Guest! If you’ve made Park Pass Reservations already, then that means you have Theme Park Tickets linked within your My Disney Experience Account. In this case, the option for adding Disney Genie+ to your days is to do so each morning you plan to visit a Theme Park. For example, if you plan to visit Magic Kingdom Park on December 27th, provided that you have a valid Park Pass Reservation for that date, you will be able to purchase one-day access to Disney Genie+ that morning! For Disney Resort Hotel Guests, this purchase can be made starting at 7 am, and for off-property Guests, it can be done at the time of Theme Park opening. This way, you have the flexibility of only using Disney Genie+ on days you wish to! In the future, you will be able to add Disney Genie+ to the entire length of your Theme Park Ticket upon purchase. Luckily, this is not a requirement, and you can enjoy access just the same! Pro tip: make sure to update your My Disney Experience Mobile app to the latest version, and bring a backup battery charger along for the ride!
