I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble getting one of your Guests linked to your Theme Park Reservations. Technical difficulties aren't magical in the least, are they? Not knowing the exact details of the issue you're having, my best guess is that you're not linked to this Guest through
Family & Friends on My Disney Experience. Let's see if we can get you linked together! Start by logging in to your
My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the home page and select "My Family & Friends" from the drop-down menu that appears. Click on the blue "Add a Guest" link at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts to add a Guest to your Family & Friends list. If that doesn't work, not to fret! I recommend calling the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-4357. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! I once had difficulty getting everyone in my extended family of 14 linked on My Disney Experience and a Cast Member was able to manually access my account and get that taken care of. It was such a relief!
