I am having a Mobility scooter delivered but the hotel I am staying at wants you to meet them. Im not sure what time I will arrive. Can I have it delivered to a different hotel that does not require you to meet them?

    Hi Melody!

You will love how festive Walt Disney World is during the holidays! The parks are decked out in zillions of twinkling lights, thousands of bright red poinsettias, and hundreds of brilliantly decorated Christmas trees. I adore the Mickey shaped trees that adorn the lampposts.

You are welcome to rent an EVC or wheelchair from any company you choose, but all Walt Disney World Resorts require you to accept the delivery in person. The only exception to this is if you use Disney's preferred provider, ScooterBug; EVCs delivered by this business may be dropped off and collected at your resort without you being present.

Perhaps the company you have chosen can be a bit flexible about the delivery time. Maybe you could call when you are an hour away or once you arrive. Choosing a delivery time after you know you will have reached your resort, such as early your first morning, might work as well.

Wishing you the very merriest visit to see Mickey!
