    I was having my magic bands sent to will call. Now I see I can not make reservations unless I confirm the address they are going to. I did an online chat to check the address and she said it was wrong. How do I make sure they are at my hotel upon arrival

    Hi Cathy!

    I would definitely call 407-939-7849 to get everything straightened out.  Sounds like there could be some issues with the information associated with your MagicBands.  A quick call should get everything sorted out, and you'll be on your way to making your Walt Disney World vacation magical!

    Just a side note:  I had some issues with mine as well, and they were able to sort everything out quickly, and I was able to access My Disney Experience within minutes of the change, as everything was sorted out.
