It sounds like you're having trouble adding Guests to your
Family & Friends list on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!" My first suggestion is to try sending invitations to join your Family & Friends list using your
My Disney Experience account online. Start by logging in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the homepage and select "My Family & Friends" from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down the page and click on "Add a Guest." Follow the prompts to send an invitation to your friends to connect through Family & Friends. Once they accept the invitation, you'll be able to plan and change activities for each other. If trying to connect online doesn't work, not to fret! I recommend calling the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-4357. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! I once had difficulty getting everyone in my extended family of 14 connected through Family & Friends, and a Cast Member was able to access my account and manually link everyone for me over the phone. It was such a relief!
