I am so sorry to hear that you are having some technical difficulties with the
Disney Park Pass system! When I tried making our first park pass reservations, I also had some difficulty, but I am happy to say all is now resolved. First, if you have not already done so, try logging out and logging back into your
My Disney Experience Account. And, check the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to see if your plans appear differently there.
Second, if you have not tried yet, make that park pass reservation again and see if it appears in your My Disney Experience account. Double-check to make sure you are actually getting the confirmation page for that reservation. And double-check the
Park Availability Calendar to be sure that the park you are selecting is actually available.
If your park pass reservation still is missing, call Website Support at 407-939-4357. In the past when we used FastPass+, I would make FastPass+ selections for all four of us but then later could not see everyone in My Disney Experience account. When I called Website Support, however, my plans were still there. I also canceled a park pass reservation one night and then changed my mind and tried to make that same park pass reservation again, but the system would not let me although the park availability calendar was still showing availability. I was able to contact Website Support and a Cast Member was able to assist me with making it again!
