You may also email them at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. If emailing, be sure to give as much information as you can – if you have your receipt, provide the item number, cost, transaction number, and the name of the location where the lightsaber was purchased. Be sure to describe the malfunction in detail to help them identify the correct next steps.
