Having an issue linking my party, what number would I call for help? Will be there Monday Oct 11th.

    Hello Raquel,

Thanks for popping in to see us at planDisney!

I'm sorry to hear you're running into a trouble spot with linking your party together. I know how fun it is to make sure that all your Mouseketeers are connected to enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort together.

If you are running into what seems to be a technical issue, I'd suggest reaching out to the Disneyland Resort  Website Support team by calling (714) 520-6222. A Cast Member can provide guidance based on the details of the issue you are encountering.

One tip I can offer, in the hope that it's helpful, is that you can use the Disneyland Resort mobile app to link your travel party together. When you are signed in to your account in the app, you can tap the main menu (the three stacked lines in the lower right), and then tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile, and then tap the "Link Tickets & Passes" tile. The app will prompt you to scan the ticket barcode or type in the ticket ID number to link a ticket.

Raquel, I'm hopeful that you can connect everyone in your party together so you can all enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
