I'm delighted you're planning to visit the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks in 2025. What an amazing way to welcome the New Year!

I understand you're having trouble purchasing your Theme Park Tickets. I'm sorry to hear that! I'd be happy to offer a few suggestions to help:

The recommended way to purchase your tickets is online at the Disneyland Resort website or through the Disneyland App. Tip: Make sure you are signed into your MyDisney account when purchasing your tickets.
If you're experiencing difficulties with the website, you may want to try using a different browser or an "incognito" browser.
Lastly, you can purchase your tickets over the phone with a Cast Member by calling the Tickets phone line. However, please note that you would still need to make your Park Reservations online if you buy your tickets using this method.

To enter a park, all Guests aged three and older need both valid theme park admission and a reservation for the same park on the same date. When you buy your tickets online through the Disneyland Resort website or app, a reservation is made for you at the time of purchase.

On the day of your visit, you'll use the Disneyland App to access your tickets, enter the parks, check attraction wait times, place Mobile Orders for food and drinks, and much more.
