Hello, Sara!
Oh, bother! I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your
theme park reservations. Hopefully, we can go over a few things that may help.
If you purchased your
theme park tickets directly from the Disneyland Resort website or in the Disneyland
mobile app, you will be glad to learn that you should have park reservations booked automatically during the ticket purchase process. You may verify this by visiting the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page or looking for the “Future Plans” screen found in the ☰ feature menu of the
Disneyland mobile app. You may find your Disney eTickets in the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the Disneyland app.
If you purchased your tickets as part of a
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, you may book theme park reservations as many as 120 days in advance. Your Vacation Package must first be linked to your Disney account. You may link a reservation from the “
My Hotel Reservation” section of the Disneyland app or the “My Hotel Reservations” page on the Disneyland Resort website. Then, use the “Make Theme Park Reservations” link from your hotel reservation page to select the Guests, dates, and starting theme park for your desired park reservations. For Vacation Packages, your ticket ePackage will be delivered electronically approximately four days before your arrival date. After it arrives, you will then notice your tickets in the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the mobile app.
Tony’s Tip: Be sure to make your Disneyland Resort wishes known to the
Disney Genie service. Even before you arrive, you can tap into the “phenomenal cosmic power” of Genie by selecting the “Get Started” button on the Genie tile of the mobile app home page. Tell Genie your preferences for attractions, entertainment, dining, and more. Then at 7:00 AM on the day of your visit, Genie will generate a recommended itinerary tailored just for you! Find it by opening “My Genie Day” from the ☰ feature menu of the app.
Have a magical time, Sara!
