Hello. Having a hard time deciding where to stay with our 2.5 yr old.will be our first visit to magic kingdom with her for 3 days. Should we stay close by or would a hotel with a bus shuttle to magic kingdom work? Looking for a nice pool as well. Thank you

    Hi Vicki!

Congratulations on your upcoming special vacation! A first visit with your little one will be such a magical experience.  The look on their face as they step onto Main Street, U.S.A. is priceless! If your budget allows, staying at one of the three "Monorail Resorts" makes trips to the Magic Kingdom the easiest.  Disney's Grand Floridian, Contemporary and Polynesian Village Resort are just a quick monorail ride away, or you can even reach Disney's Contemporary Resort in just a ten minute stroll.

If you are looking to spend a little less, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside offers adorable Royal Guest Rooms that will make your little girl feel just like a Disney Princess.  Another of our favorite resorts is Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  If a great pool is high priority, this resort is perfect!  My kids love splashing around the Fuentes del Morro Pool and the zero-entry and separate water-play area for the younger adventures, make it a great choice for the little ones.  I have used Disney's Bus Transportation from each of these resorts and have never experienced less than stellar service.  It can take a little longer to get to the parks, but these resorts make up for it with their own magic.

If there is anything else I can assist you with in planning your wonderful celebration, please let me know.  Have a wonderful vacation!

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
