Hi Jennifer!
I would recommend a character meal instead. Perhaps Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort would be a good alternative.
I took my pre-school children to the Spirit of Aloha dinner a few years ago and they were bored and ready to go well before the show was over. I spent the last 30 minutes running behind my 18 month old outside, as he was getting very antsy at the mid-way point of the show. Beyond the hula dancing and fire, the skits were pretty long. Something the adults appreciated but not so much the young kids (there were other parents outside with their pre-schoolers right along with me) :-)
If you prefer a dinner show, I choose the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue. It's fun, entertaining, rowdy, and enjoyable for all ages!
Have a magical time on your visit!
