Hi Moms! Having our first trip to WDW in September 2019, we've booked with the Dining Plan (Quick service/Table service) we just want to know, although you get 1 dining credit per day, can you use 2 credits for a meal?

    Hi Luke!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am thrilled to hear that you are planning your very first holiday to “The Most Magical Place on Earth”. Adding a Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package was a great choice. My family loves the convenience of leaving our wallets at our Disney Resort hotel, and simply enjoying meals knowing that there are already paid for.

With the Disney Dining Plan, for each night of your stay all members of your party ages 3 and over will receive 1 Quick-Service meal (self-service), 1 Table-Service meal (waiter service), and 2 Snacks. You can use your credits in any order until all your meals and snacks have been depleted. This means that you can have lunch and dinner at table-service locations on the same day if you wish. You are welcome to order two entrées for yourself, this way you will use more than one credit, however, entrées (main course) in the United States usually come with plenty of food, so I am not sure you will need to place a second order. Please note that 2 credits will be redeemed for each Guest in your party when you dine at a signature dining location.

Moms Panel tip: with your Disney Dining Plan you also receive a refillable cup that can be used at beverage stations located at Disney Resort hotels. I find this very convenient, because in the morning I like to use one snack credit to buy a pastry, doughnut, croissant or muffin, and use my refillable mug to drink coffee. This way I always have a great breakfast and I am ready to start my day!

I hope this helps you while planning, Luke! Have a magical first visit!

    Best Disney wishes,
