As a mom of a 4-year-old and an 8-year-old, I cannot tell you how helpful having a stroller has been for my family at Disney World. Whether it is a quick place for little legs to take a break, somewhere to stash all of those park-day essentials, or the perfect spot to hold a few extra souvenirs, our stroller has been such a lifesaver. I always joke that I don't know what I'll do when the day finally comes that we stop bringing one!
So Jessica, let’s roll right into your question. According to the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, stroller wagons, whether pushed or pulled, are not permitted at the theme parks, water parks, or indoor venues at
ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Strollers must also be
no larger than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long in order to enter the parks.
You may occasionally see a stroller wagon in the parks, but in my experience, these are typically approved for specific circumstances and tagged by
Guest Relations.And Jessica, if you would rather leave your stroller at home, you can always
rent a single or double stroller right at the parks. I love how easy this option is. You can pick one up when your park day begins and simply return it when you are ready to head out. No folding it up on transportation. No trying to squeeze it into the car after a long Disney day!
