We are having a family reunion with 42 peopled one person has a gold pass. I think that you can have up to 8 magic bands on the photo pass. How would you go about connecting them to his photo pass so we all could enjoy and get pictures taken in the parks

Hi Roy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

What a FUN trip you have ahead of you with your huge family reunion coming up! It sounds like an absolute blast! The Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place to have a large family gathering since there is something there for everyone to enjoy.

With the Memory Maker product, the website says up to 25 people can upload their PhotoPass photos on one purchase, so I checked with a Cast Member to see if the same is true for Annual Passholders. According to the Cast Member, there isn't currently a set number of Guests that can use the same Memory Maker (or Annual Pass) and all 42 of you should be able to link photos! I would still suggest that you designate certain people in your group (especially if you plan to split up) that have their MagicBands scanned each time that photos are taken to make sure there aren't any issues.

To share, all you need to do is make sure you are linked in My Disney Experience. Simply sign into your My Disney Experience account and go to "My Family & Friends" in the "My Disney Experience" drop-down menu. At the bottom of that page, select "Add a Guest," select the age as 13 or older, then choose "Invite this Guest to connect." You will need to enter the email address of the person that has the Annual Pass to send them the invite to connect. Once connected, make sure that the box next to the PhotoPass sharing text is checked and you will be able to share photos! Only the family member with the Annual Pass will be able to download the photos, but he or she can share with the family once they are downloaded.

I hope this helps, Roy! Enjoy your reunion! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
