Hi, Having Dinner @ California Grill for the 1st time on 7/5 we have dinner res. @5:45, Thinking of trying to change to a later time to see Wishes @10pm, Should I change times or I heard we can go back up to view them later w/ dining receipt outside, Help?

    Hi there Jennifer!

May I just say, a dining experience at California Grill is truly amazing at any time of the day due to the gorgeous aerial views of Magic Kingdom Park and the resorts surrounding the area. However, enjoying a meal during or near the time of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is nothing short of magical! This event will most likely be one of the highlights of your Disney vacation!

You are welcome to save your meal receipt as proof that you've been at this establishment at any point during the day in order to receive return admittance to the outside viewing areas. So, even if your delightful dinner ends prior to the fireworks starting, you'll still have access to the balconies outside later that same evening. With the popularity of this restaurant location, it's unlikely you'll be able to reschedule your reservation for nearer to the Wishes start time on July 5th however, you're certainly welcome to check out your options either online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions my way in the days leading up to your trip!
