Welcome to planDisney, Cheryl!
Thank you for visiting us with your wondEARful question about
Disney Park Pass theme park reservations.
Cheryl, I’m sorry you’re having trouble making your theme park reservations. I know how important it is to make them as soon as possible, so I hope that with my help we can get you ready to visit the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
First, please make sure that your
valid Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket is linked to the My Disney Experience account you will use to make theme park reservations. Please
visit the “My Plans” section of your My Disney Experience account and view the “Ticket and Memory Maker” section. If your theme park ticket is not listed, you will be unable to make Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. Occasionally, theme park tickets purchased online do not automatically link to your account. In that case, you need to
manually link them by visiting this page.
Once your theme park ticket is linked to your account, you should be able to start making theme park reservations. Please verify that the day and theme park you wish to visit are available on the theme park reservation availability calendar. Then, access the Disney Park Pass system. Please be sure to use the same My Disney Experience account that your theme park ticket is linked to. As a reminder, theme park tickets are limited and subject to availability.
If you continue having trouble, please visit the
Walt Disney World Resort help center where you can contact a friendly Cast Member via phone, e-mail, or online chat.
Please visit planDisney again, Cheryl. Don’t forget that we are always hEAR to help you navigate the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort.
With a Sprinkling of Pixie Dust,
Priscila
