Greetings, Susan and thank you for consulting
planDisney for your Disneyland Resort dining.
I am very happy to hear that you will be visiting in time for
Disneyland Resort’s Spring events with your family, how wonderful this will be! As well, I apologize for any difficulties you may be experiencing in making your
Disneyland Resort dining reservations and I invite you to contact
Disneyland Resort Help Center for further assistance, Susan.
I find using the
Disneyland Mobile App a lot easier to use, as I can make my reservations anytime and anywhere, as I am usually near my mobile device throughout my day. To make dining reservations using the Disneyland Mobile App, on the Home Page, simply tap the round button marked with the “+” sign located at the center bottom, and this will pull up a series of planning tabs, with the first being Check Dining Availability.
Another option, during your visit, using the Disneyland Mobile App, is to join a
Mobile Dine Walk-Up List – this is available at select Disneyland Resort table-service restaurants where you can add yourself and your travel party by scanning the QR code near a restaurant entrance and then that will lead you to the Disneyland Mobile App to add your party to the walk-up list. I recommend staying nearby because once your party is called everyone must be present for seating.
Tips:
To dine at any Disneyland Resort quick-service or counter-service venue you can use the
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering feature on the Disneyland Mobile App which is convenient with larger groups.
Please note that Disneyland Resort dining reservations can be made 60-days in advance of your visit and that for any venues within a Disneyland Resort theme park, Guests do need a
Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservation. You can make same-day dining reservations, but securing a spot depends on availability.
Susan, I wish you success with your Disneyland Resort dining reservations and the happiest visit to
The Happiest Place on Earth!Jacqueline
