I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties adding your cruise reservation to the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. I'm happy to walk you through the steps, but sometimes, situations like these warrant a call to Disney Cruise Line for some additional assistance.
To start, I recommend that you check to be sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app. Once that is determined, open the app and sign in to your Disney account.
After signing in, you should be able to see an "Add Reservation" button on the dashboard or top menu. For me, it's displaying on the top right (though I do have an existing reservation). Click "Add Reservation" and enter your last name, birthdate, and reservation number exactly as listed in the cruise documentation. If you have any trouble with this, I highly recommend
reaching out to Disney Cruise Line in case the documentation doesn't match their records or to identify if there is some other issue that they can assist you with.
I hope this can be righted quickly so you are shipshape and ready to sail. The Navigator app is so handy once you are onboard the ship, as all of the activities and entertainment offerings will be right at your fingertips. You can even favorite the activities that you want to receive a notification reminder about. You won't miss one bit of fun!
