Bonjour Rosana!
Thank you for sending us this question today, and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! It always makes my heart so full to see fellow Canadians returning to the Walt Disney World Resort, and I am so excited for you to experience the magic again. You have also picked such a magical time to visit with the
World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. With so many incredible offerings to discover, I am positive you will create memories that will last a lifetime!
Now, let's talk about your theme park reservations and what you can do to ensure you have the best vacation ever! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the reservation system, but let's see what we can do to help! First, I can see
some parks are available for your arrival date and that all parks will be available over the weekend. For that reason, I would recommend
making your theme park reservations as soon as possible while there is still availability. However, if you do not get the park of your choice, I would also recommend keeping an eye on the theme park reservation system, as Disney sometimes releases more reservations during busy times. Second, if you are still receiving error messages and cannot make reservations, I would recommend opening the reservation system on a different device or browser. For example, whenever I have issues making theme park reservations on my phone, I switch to my computer, which usually fixes minor bugs. If issues persist, I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and I always go to them whenever I need help!
One of the parks that is widely available seems to be EPCOT, which is perfect for this time of year! Indeed, you will be able to visit the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, which is my absolute favourite EPCOT festival. If you like trying different snacks and treats, you are in luck. The Flower and Garden Festival has several new booths and offerings for the season, and you can try so many food options that are not there during the rest of the year! I highly recommend trying the Corn on the Cob and the Blood Orange Agua Fresca at Flavor Full Kitchen and the Potato Pancakes over in Germany. If you are looking for something more filling, the Boneless Impossible Korean Short Rib comes with rice, slaw, bok choy and a delicious piece of Impossible meat. While you are going around the World Showcase trying all the different foods, I recommend participating in the
Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt. This activity is especially great if you are travelling with little ones and will make you notice flowers and plants that you otherwise might not have. You can pick up your map and your stickers at select merchandise locations, and you will receive a complimentary themed prize once your map is complete!
I hope this was helpful, Rosana, and that you and your family will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help our fellow bud-dies. (Get it?)
Have a magical dai-sy,
Ariane
