I am having a difficult time finding what the concierge service at The Paradise Pier includes. The few things I have read have been a big confusing. Sorry about the silly question but could you please spell it out for me? Thanks so much!!

    Hi, Mary-Kay!

I’m happy to hear you’re planning a vacation to the Disneyland Resort, and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel is a great choice. The spacious rooms are decorated with bright, seaside-inspired furnishings, and the property is just a hop, skip and a jump to the private entrance into Disney California Adventure Park through Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!

Club-Level (concierge) rooms there can provide views on the 14th or 15th floor of the hotel or third floor verandas for quick and easy access to the pool, water slide, hot tub and outdoor snack bar. Also, as a Guest of a Club-Level room, you’ll be entitled to various amenities offered in the hotel’s exclusive lounge on the second floor (the Beachcomber Club), such as a continental breakfast bar, sodas and snacks throughout the day, an evening wine and cheese reception, after-dinner desserts and other extras.

Cast Members are available to assist you with making dining reservations or other plans, so don’t hesitate to take advantage of their help, either prior to or during your visit. Club-Level Guests also enjoy priority check-in and check-out, nightly turndown service, and the ability to check out complimentary movies and board games. Although there is an extra charge for Club-Level service, many families find that all the amenities, particularly the complimentary food and beverages, make it money well spent. You can skip paying for breakfast and snacks in the park by visiting the convenient lounge instead, which could really cut down on your in-park food budget. Overall, though, it’s just a great way to add a touch of VIP magic to your vacation!

I hope this helps, Mary-Kay, and that you have a wonderfully pixie-dusted Disneyland Resort visit! Please write back with more questions as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
