We are having breakfast at Goofys Kitchen on June 2nd. Where do you recommend we park. I see there is Simbas Parking close to Disneyland Hotel

Hey there, hi there, Joy! Welcome to planDisney. We are thrilled to have you stop by with your parking question!

Oh Gawrsh! I am so excited to hear that you have breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen planned this summer during a visit. I actually really enjoy Goofy's Kitchen and have enjoyed breakfast there a few times over the last few years. What's not to love about a buffet full of yummy food and Goofy and his pals dancing around you while you dine? Plus, you won't find a peanut butter and jelly pizza anywhere else at Disneyland Resort. I know, it sounds silly, but you gotta try it!

The Simba Lot is a great place to park if you are visiting Downtown Disney District for a few hours, however, I have an even better location for you. Since you are dining at Goofy's Kitchen, you can receive 3 hours of complimentary parking at Disneyland Hotel with restaurant validation. If you are planning on visiting the parks that day, I would suggest thinking about just parking at Mickey and Friends for the day and using the walking bridge and path to walk over to Disneyland Hotel from there, to park for the day, and not have to repark after breakfast.

Joy, thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful time!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
