We're having breakfast at Chrystal Palace on Dec 3, but found out they will be filming the Christmas Day Parade then. I've heard it's very crowded. I'm wondering if we should plan on eating and spending the day at Epcot. What's it like when they film this?

    Hello there Carol!

Yes, it is very busy inside Magic Kingdom during the filming of the parade. I have heard really great stories from people and then I've also heard that it's just too much. The parade itself, is a ticketed event so, people will be lined up along the route if they have the special passes. It's also very "start/stop" for the filming so patience is needed. If you are not interested in the whole Hollywood aspect of the parade, then I would definitely hit a different park! I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
