We are having breakfast at Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort and then heading to Magic Kingdom for the day. Where is the best place to park in the morning?

Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You and your guests are going to love Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  The all-you-care-to-eat buffet is delicious and there is nothing better than dining with Mickey and the Gang!  You are going to love this dining experience!

You are more than welcome to take your car to the Contemporary Resort, but you can only park there for the duration of your dining experience. I would recommend parking at the Magic Kingdom parking lot and making your way to the front gates of the MK.  Once there, you can choose to walk to the Contemporary Resort which is approximately an 8 to 10 minute walk or take the Complimentary Monorail Service which heads to the Contemporary Resort.  The Monorail System is right outside the gates of the MK.  Once onboard, it will be a very short 1 minute ride to the Contemporary Resort.  After dining at Chef Mickey's you can simply walk back or board the Monorail System once again.  You do not have to worry about your car for the remainder of the day knowing that is is parked right where it needs to be.

Diane's Tip of the Day:  Always have your autograph books and camera ready when enjoying a character dining experience.  There is so much excitement when a character comes around that you want to make sure you do not miss your opportunity to have your photo taken with any of them.

Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
